Using ShowReady for Rehearsals & the Show

We’ll be using ShowReady, a rehearsal player app, to help everyone practice their music outside of rehearsals and during run-throughs. This is not a requirement to download or access the tracks this way. It is an optional way to practice with the instrumental tracks without lyrics.

  1. How to Access The Tracks:

    1. Download Show|Ready for your Computer/Tablet or mobile device.

    2. Enter the Viewer Code- Sent via Email from MVP

  • The app provides instrumental tracks without lyrics. This means you won’t hear singers on the recording — you’ll sing your own part while the tracks play behind you.
  • Your Part: - You can mute others and just isolate your vocal part so you can hear how your line fits into the music. You can adjust the volume of your part or the accompaniment to help you learn.

Practice Tracks to learn the Lyrics:

If you want to rehearse the songs with the singers singing with you - you can use the official soundtrack from school of rock the musical.

Here is the youtube link  to sing along with to help learn the songs and practice. This is obviously just to learn the lyrics and isn't the exact tracks we will be using for the show. We will make sure we review all of that at rehearsals.
